Mededeling over corona en onze clubactiviteiten.
Bericht van onze voorzitter Hans Hoornstra n.a.v. de nieuwe coronamaatregelen en wat deze betekenen voor onze vereniging.
Beste schaakvrienden,
Het zal niemand ontgaan zijn dat we opnieuw te maken hebben met coronamaatregelen. Gelukkig is de impact voor het schaken beperkt. Hieronder kort de consequenties waar je rekening mee moet houden:
- Toegang tot de speelzaal door de horecaruimte.
Hier is een coronatoegangsbewijs en legitimatie verplicht. Er geldt geen mondkapjesplicht na de controle.
- Toegang tot de speelzaal via de zijingang.
Hier is een coronatoegangsbewijs en legitimatie verplicht vanaf 18 jaar. We zullen dit als vereniging dan zelf gaan controleren. Let op: er geldt een uitzondering op de coronapasverplichting voor vrijwilligers (trainers of begeleiders). Dit betekent dat zowel betaalde personen als vrijwilligers geen coronatoegangsbewijs hoeven te laten zien op het moment dat zij een functie voor de sport vervullen in een binnensportlocatie. Er geldt geen mondkapjesplicht na de controle.
- Toeschouwers zijn niet toegestaan
Dit betekent dat ouders niet in de (nabijheid van de) speelzaal komen.

Senioren
dinsdag en donderdagavond (20:00 – 23:59)
Schaken gaat gewoon door. Kom bij voorkeur iets voor 20:00, zodat je door de horeca naar binnen kan. Het café sluit om 20:00. Wij kunnen gewoon schaken tot 23:59 en verlaten het pand door de zijingang en trekken de deur achter ons dicht. Omdat de horeca dicht is, zal het bestuur zelf zorgdragen voor een klein aanbod aan drankjes (geen alcohol) door de leden cash af te rekenen.
Jeugd
dinsdag (18:30 – 19:45)
- Schaken gaat gewoon door.
- Kinderen tot 18 geen coronatoegangsbewijs.
- Trainers en vrijwilligers geen coronapasplicht (mits gebruikmakend van de zijingang).
- Geen ouders in en bij de speelzaal. Ouders blijven in het café of buiten voor de zijingang.

Most likelely you are aware that, we are again dealing with corona measures. Fortunately, the impact on chess is limited. Below are the consequences that you should take into account:
- Access to the games room through the catering area.
A coronacheck app and identification are required here. There is no obligation to wear a mask after the check.
- Access to the games room through the side entrance.
Here, a coronacheck app and identification are required from 18 years old. We will check this ourselves as an association. Please note: there is an exception to the corona pass obligation for volunteers (trainers or supervisors). This means that both paid persons and volunteers do not have to show a coronacheck app when they fulfill a function for sports in an indoor sports location. There is no obligation to wear a mask after the check.
- Spectators are not allowed
This means that parents are not allowed in the (proximity of) the playroom.
Practical consequences
Seniors
Tuesday and Thursday evening (20:00 – 23:59)
Chess continues. Preferably arrive a little before 20:00, so that you can enter through the catering area. The cafe closes at 20:00. We can play chess until 23:59 and leave the building through the side entrance and close the door behind us. Because the catering is closed, the board of the chessclub will provide a small range of drinks (no alcohol) to be payed by the members in cash.
Youth
Tuesday (18:30 – 19:45)
- Chess continues as normal.
- Children up to 18 do not have a coronacheck app.
- Trainers and volunteers are not required to have a corona pass (if using the side entrance).
- No parents in and near the playroom. Parents stay in the cafe or outside the side entrance.
